There was a point in my life where I was trying to do everything.
I had a full schedule, a busy social life, goals I was working towards — and from the outside, it probably looked like I was doing really well. But underneath that, I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly like I wasn’t doing enough.
I was waking up early, pushing myself to be more productive, trying to stay on top of everything… and still ending most days feeling like I had failed. No matter how much I did, it never felt like enough. Eventually, I hit a point where I knew something had to change. Not in a big, dramatic way — but in a quieter, more honest way.
I started slowing down. I began paying attention to how I was actually feeling, instead of constantly pushing through it. I noticed how I was speaking to myself. I started asking for support. I began questioning what I actually wanted — not what I thought I should be doing.
And slowly, things started to shift. I didn’t wake up one day feeling completely “fixed.” But I started to feel calmer. Clearer. More like myself.
That’s where My Peace Project came from. Not from having all the answers — but from living through the overwhelm, and finding a way to create more peace within it.
Now, I share what helped me — in a way that feels simple, supportive, and realistic. Because I know what it feels like to be stuck in that space… and I also know that even small steps can change everything.
